This is the place if you want to get away from it all.  A completely natural clay catchment river which is an SSI due to its unusual plants and creatures particularly dragonflies.   Fishing on this section of the river will be difficult but, therefore, challenging.   The two pools which we constructed will be particularly good in times of heavy rain where the fish will congregate to get away from the current probably a swing or quiver tip will work best. The river has a good head of eels, which can be taken for eating if anyone wishes.
